Problem Dragging Files

I got my computer cleaned earlier today and i put my file on a data CD. But , now when i put the CD in and i tried to drag the files , a screen comes up saying " Cannot Copy - The parameter is incorrect "

Is there a certain program i need to drag files?

1. Check that disc on a different drive
2. Check different discs on that drive
3. What make/model of CD Drive do you have?
