Problem in my RAM!!

Hi i have 2 DDR1 RAM both are 1GB and both from the same manufacture Zeppelin
But there is a slightly different thing about them:

So the question is:
-Will there be a problem is my computer performance?
-Whats the best the first ram or the second?
-Whats the deference between them?

HOPE SOMEONE WILL ANSWER MY QUESTIONS

Technically there is no difference in the memory. One can just be downclocked and it tells you what the timings would be at 166 mhz.
 
what he ment to say is that if two modules of ram is available with one ram clock is more than the other one, then system automaticaly downclock the second ram to compensate.
 
He basically means the first module can operate at either 166MHz or 200MHz.
In this case, it would operate at 200MHz to work with the second, I believe.
