Problem installing Paperport 11

Hi. I have recently bought a new Sony Vaio laptop and Paperport 11.

On trying to install the Paperport 11, I get the message halfway through installation of:

'Files in use
Some file which need to be updated are currently in use.

The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Close these applications and click retry to continue:

Vaio Content Metadata Intelligent Analyzing Manager (Process ID: 2776)'

Can anybody shed any light please?? I have no other apps open!! Do I need to delete something.

Can you go to task manager and end that task under the processes tab and try? Another idea may be to go into msconfig, and setting that Vaio service not to run, then reboot and try installing again...
