PROBLEM: Numbers instead of letters

Hello.

A friend of mine has experienced, that when she presses some buttons on her keyboard, numbers show up instead of letters.

This happend after installing TS2.

Can someone please help me solve this problem?

if its a laptop make sure the numlock key is off.

Is it all keys? and what keys correspond to what numbers?
