I want to ask if there any solution on the following problem

I have a ASUS Eee Box EB-1033, i want to run a JAVA on the Adobe Flash Player in the EB-1033, but there is a problem comes out is the video file in the JAVA runs so slow and even stop plus in slow motion, and it affect the script too when the video is showing.

There for is there any solution to solve it

Yeah unfortunately playback on a 1.87GHz atom processor is always going to be difficult. Although this is also equipped with a NVidia card right - ensure you have the latest NVidia drivers? So it should be fine, so I would uninstall adobe and install the latest version and update java.

latest NVidia drivers- is it the one that goes with the EB1033 or a new one..

and is there any other way to make the playback faster

is it possible to change the video card in the EB-1033?

If it worked ok before then started not working, I would suggest to reinstall windows. The type of computer you have is very low end, basically meant for web surfing/emailing and the like. You can't change the video card, its integrated into the motherboard. If you want to be able to do more things with your system then you need to get a desktop system.

that mean is it i cannot surf website that has flash and the flash has time sequence, therefore video and script cannot play together right?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling both Flash player and Java. If that don't work then I'm assuming your low end system can't process the info fast enough.

Has it ever worked correctly? How old is the windows install? Have you done any general system maintenance?

Have you ran any of the following programs?

CCleaner?
malwarebytes?

The EB-1033 has just only bought within this month, due to it is use a isignage matters, The window is window 7, Not running any of the following programs.

Then is there any way to make the flash that with time sequence include video, text script to run smooth and not lag.

many thanks

Please confirm that you have tried what JOhn and I have suggested. Until then its not very easy to help.

Try already uninstall Flash Player and JAVA, then re-install it, but still similar does it relate to the CPU matters, due to running Intel Atom?

already try uninstalling and reinstalling both Flash player and Java, but it is just the same, if i downgrade both system will it work better?

I found out that the CPU is almost running 94% or more when running the video on the Flash Player, therefore to my understanding is that the CPU does not support the Java script.
