WIndows 10 Problem on battery or?

Hi guys, need your help.

I have a problem about my laptop. sometimes my laptop suddenly died even though the battery has + 50% remaining and sometimes it also die right after I unplug the charger.

I checked the notification on my battery power and found strange thing. When plugged the battery the notification showed full charged but the image showed it was empty battery.

Do you have any clue what happen to my laptop? Is it the battery or other parts?

Most likely its a bad battery.

You should check to see your battey life. There are good tutorials out there, so i'm not going to try and explain it here. But via the cmd window you can get a report on your battery life.
