problem running harry potter and the chamber of secrets

hi,
everything is pretty jerky and it starts at the very intro. there are sound and video cuts. it seems to get fixed while using software display instead of direct3d. i've read there are loads of unsupported video cards (mine is the geforce fx5200) but for some reasons i could play the game normally once using direct3d, so i guess mine isn't one of them.

do you have DX 9 and the latest drivers for the card? Did you update the game with any patches? Try that, it might help.
