Hi, I've encountered something I've never had a problem with.
I'm trying to install software from a site, and after the download, it is telling me I need Silverlight. I installed Silverlight back in August, but the software isn't recognizing it, nor will the latest update for Silverlight install.
I went to add/remove programs to uninstall it with the intention or re-installing SL, but my pc will not do so.
"the patch package can not be opened....." is the reason given.
Not sure what to do now. When I tried to install the current version of SL, I'm told it is already installed
