Problem with ATI X850 Platinum Edition 256mb

I have a ATI X850 Platinum Edition 256mb PCIe.When i play Juiced the game speed slows down and i can not even follow the game.i triedProblem with ATI X850 Platinum Edition 256mb reinstalling the driver but it does not help.Can anyone help me with this please??
