problem with Buffered RAM

Hi.
I have som problems with the RAM on my computer. Before I had 8 GB ram but the computer started to get low on RAM so i upgraded to 16 GB, but still it goes low on RAM, so i found out that my computer had a lot off buffered memory. And it just keeps rising until i had no more left. So, my question is, what is cousing it and how can i remove it ? ( know that restarting resets the buffering but its kind of lame to do that almost every hour)

Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
Just reinstalled windows

Can you link which memory exactly? Since you just did a reinstall of windows 7, we can rule out being infected. Have you ran memtest on your memory to make sure no sticks are bad?

One of your programs is probably having a memory leak, meaning it does not overwrite its old data, but rather writes new data.
