thank you

Do you have Ati tool or summin u can measure the temps with?
If you could get a temp log and even a GPU & Ram voltage log that would be a good start to diagnose your problem.

Could be card getting to hot, not enough power to card, bad drivers, incorrect settings on PC.

How have you got your PSU configured?

(Has it got a 6pin GPU connector or you got 2x 12v 4pin connectors that plug into a 6pin adaptor?)

EDIT: have a look here to make sure you have the latest drivers installed.

Also what OS are you running.

Have had a quick look for similar problems with that card and found this;
Hmm...I'll have to try these out and see if they fix the BSOD problem with the x1950XT's, though I'm not expecting too much.

Just to note, has been a documented problem for most people running a x1950XT in Vista with the 7.1's, probably caused by something going wrong when the voltage jumps from 2D to 3D clocks. The only way to get it to stop currently is to disable the ATi service that switches to 3d clocks in fullscreen mode. There's a seven page thread on [H]ardOCP about it if you don't believe me: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1147110
