How are you reloading it? An upgrade? Repair? Freash install on a formatted drive?

Until someone more knowledgeable than me comes around, I will say that it seems that you have a hardware problem. Most likely one or more of your RAM has become defective. You can reference this that talks of your problem: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315335/

well i tried formatting it but it just gives me an error. so now i try to install it back on and it just gives me this.
