problem with graphic card

i have a graphic card that is integrated on the motherboard(DFI 661fx).in games it loads too slow buildings,streets,etc.I must must on that place for a while,then the buildings... appear.does somebody know what the cause of this is?i'd be very thankful if somebody answers

On board graphics are supposed to be slow (they are for budget/business systems not looking to play games).
