Problem with graphics card

My motherboard says the words DirectX10 does that mean i could not put one of these new graphic cards in it like the GTX460 768MB?
 
Sorry but more information needed!!!, What is the mobo... what is your current problem!!, where does it say DirectX10....other specs!!!
 
Perhaps it's recognizing that the graphics drivers for the graphics card or integrated graphics chip you are using supports and uses DirectX10.
 
I think he's saying his mobo says it's a DX10 board and he's wondering if he can put a DX11 card in it.
