Problem with HDD on windows xp

Hello i got funny problem,i got HDD 120 GB my free memory was 85 gb and about
5 min i got free 25 gb in My documets shows there are files about 65 gb but i chek every folder there max is 6 gb.Please help (i know my english is bad sor ) :)

Is this a new (second) HDD or the original that came with the system?

How long have you had the computer? Have you ever defragmented the HDD before? When did this problem start?
 
Sorry for the delay in responding. A new install, huh? Did your HDD come with a CD to install specific drivers? Some HDDs still do. What version of Windows are you running? Older ones may not recognize larger drives.

Heading to bed now, but I'll check the boards in the morning.
 
It's ok thanks for reply :) hdd doesn't have cd,windows xp sp2.
He shows a fine my memory then somthing hapens. :(
Edit: I fix my problem :)
