Problem with image loading

For some reason, images are randomly loading incorrectly. No idea why, some are fine but others look like this
what the ****.jpg
 
The graphics card might be going out or you need to reinstall the driver or upgrade the driver. Is this in your browser only or what? Need to be a little more specific.
