problem with laptop

Hey!
my laptop isn't loading programs.
Windows doesn't even start up some times.
It just loads endlessly.
what do you think the problem might be? virus?
any help is appreciated.
 
I can start the computer is safe mode.
I did a virus scan and it didn't find anything.
I also did a memory test and it said everything was fine.
laptop has 4gb of ramm
