Problem with Lenovo Ideapad Y500

Hi guys!

I just bought Lenovo Ideapad Y500 -gaming laptop where are two graphic cards (video cards), Nvidia GeForce 650 whic supports SLI-technology. First the computer worked very well while playing games, but after week the games (example Saints Row The Third) are just a little slowly. I mean they do not rotate so smoothly anymore. SLI is turned on and everything should be well. With two graphic cards the games should rotate very smoothly! What's wrong?

Yes. Example when I play Saints row: The Third FPS is only 45-50 even it should be at least 60 because I have two graphic cards. The computer also considered strange ticking sound.

I think I'll export it to warranty.
 
The sound stopped when I uploaded a driver, but fps is still 40 when I drive a car in Saints row: The third. When I walk it is 60-70.
