Problem with MSN.

My friend is saying that on his MSN he is having problems with the keyboard. Everytime he types an "e" it has a apostraphe over it, like the keyboard is now french. Aperantley this happened shortly after his daughter was pounding away on the keyboard. This only has happened with MSN, all other programs work fine.
