problem with my computer starting up

Hi
I tried to start my computer and nothing so right away i thought it was the power supply so i changed it and nothing .The power supply runs but nothing else works the dvd the monitor etc.... what else can it be?

First it'll be nice if you post up your parts.

Second, did you just build this comptuer? or did it randomly stop working?

Third, by the "power supply runs", you mean the fans on the psu works? Does any other fans work? Does the motherboard makes beeps?
 
Did you turn on the computer with the button up front? Seriously, I've done it, and seen it on here before.
