problem with my HP Pavillion

i have a friends HP pavillion model ms214 and i jus put in a new hard drive for them and now when i go into the device manager there is a yellow triangle with the exclamation point in it next to the Realtek RTL8101 PCI-E Fast ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0). And now i cant hook up my internet with the ethernet port only the USB. how can i get this thing working, thanks for any help!!

right click it and find new updates.

Else goto manufacture and find the support page the drivers for your operating system. You may likely have to do that too if you did not install all the drivers for the hardware.
