Problem With My Laptop (HELP PLS)

I have a problem opening my laptop it opens.. goes to the screen where it asks for username and password for the user..
i put them then it goes to a screen that says i need to validate windows.. and has 2 options .. valitade now or resolve later.. (this screen comes up a long time now. i didnt have any problem with that..) i click later.. and it sorts of restarts.. and goes to the previous screen again with user and pass...
i tried to format my laptop.. with a bootable cd.. but when format starts it says it cannot find any hard disks on the computer.. and that i should make sure they are correctly powered up :S i dont know what to do.. help pls
i think i tried safe mode and it works.. so why it doesnt regognise any hd's ?

I try different cd's with xp bootable.. but now in the middle of when the cd is inspecting my configuration i get the blue screen.. and thats all... finish..
help me out pls
 


For the first problem , do you have original CD of windows ?

you just need to enter your product key

but when format starts it says it cannot find any hard disks on the computer

Because your hard disk is SATA , try to disable it , or to merge the driver with your copy of windows
