Problem with Norton Internet Security

Has anybody got this problem with Norton Internet Security? Although it is updating virus protection okay I have got the caution sign showing in the toolbar. It says I have to fix a problem. Apparently I've got to do a full system scan. I have done a scan quite a few but it still says that I have to do one. This is happening on two of the three computers that I have NIS installed on.

I don't think it is that. Even when I do a full system scan I don't get the all clear from Norton. I have just taken a screenshot of Norton when it is open on antivirus. Look at the system scan date, it is a bit strange, I can't quite work it out
