Problem with over clocking Sempron 3400+

I was slowly working my way up on overclocking my sempron 3400+ and seem to hit a wall that I can't get past.

I have a Biostar NF61S AM2 MB, Sempron 3400+ AM2 (940), 1GB DDR2 667,

Ive got the CPU from 1800mhz up to 2430mhz with no problem what so ever. Ran stress prime on blend for over an hour amd temps steady out at 30*C. Temps at 18-21 at idle depending on room temp.

But, I make just a 5mhz jump in clock speed from there and the computer will shutdown on start up restart over and over. Back the clock down 5mhz and all is well again. voltage increase will get the computer stared up but as soon as it starts loading programs it will shut down and restart.

Im new to overclocking but have done alot of reading up on the site. Could it be my memory? I read something about lowering your memory to the lowest setting. Wouldnt this slow your computer down? Sorry if that is a dumb question lol. Mine is set at 667. Highest setting is 800 and the lowest is 400. Could this be my hold up? If so then what should I set it to? Thank you guys so much for your help.

Here is a cpuz shot

When you bump up your FSB it raises the memory bus as well. Since your memory is 677 try setting it back to 533 or you could try raising the memory voltage alittle. Say if its at 1.8 raise it to 1.9

Well, I tried lowering the ram all the way to 400 and no go.. Right now im at 2431mhz and 1.25 voltage and all is well and stable. If I go any more It will fail stress prime and have random restarts. Im just going to leave it at my current setting. I dont want to press my luck and mess something up.
