Problem with overclocking

I OC'd my FSB from 800MHz to 810MHz and saved and exited. Now my computer doesn't respawned at all... I turn it on and nothing comes on the screen. The monitor light just blinks like it has no connection to the pc. What should I do?
 
did you plug in the motherboard speakers? looks like is supposed to beep but it didnt? you need to reset the cmos jumpers.
