Problem with Restarting

Ive got a problem with my computer restarting while im playing games. Everything seems fine when all of a sudden the computer just shuts of and restarts. No error message before or after the restart.

I checked all the temps and voltages, and everything was perfectly normal before and while playing the games. this has happened with 3 games that ive tried already, crysis, graw 1 and 2, but one, team fortress 2, doesn't do it.

intel core i7 920,
asus p6t se
4 gb ddr3 1066 ram
logisys 650w power supply
bfg gtx 260 maxcore oc
windows vista 64x
1 tb western digital hd.

Check your +12v voltages in everest.

Just when normal or when under load?

And if under load, how do i check it?

Right now, just surfing the web, the +12V is 11.80V

Pretty much a crap brand P/S, doesnt list the total Watts on (just) the 12V rail, probably for a reason. 11.80V on the 12V rail is pretty low under no load.
