ok hey. i have this problem, when i use wmp it start up like i just installed it were it asks me questions. windows back grown sometimes goes back to default, when i use word it askes me for user name or initial something like that liek what happens after u install it. what could be the problem?

Do you save your settings? and try restarting windows and all. It obviously seems as if it's not saving your settings, so see if you can somehow save your settings before you quit wmp. I never had that problem, but make sure thatyou are back to the normal screen where you can play songs before you exit. Seems as if stuff got deleted if other programs ask you for stuff, i'm just taking a educated guess and going to say its something with your registry. Try windows restore and go back a little.

do you mean can it be spyware or what is spyware?
well, if it is spyware, First try ad-aware at www.lavasoftusa.com and if that doesn't work, try spybot Search and Destroy, http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ If those two don't work, let me know and we can do a system scan to see what goes on with your system (using HijackThis) but use it unless you know how to or someone gives you directions, any files that you delete in HijackThis can posibbly make your windows stop working.
