problem with turning on my pc

when ever i turn on my pc lots of wrighting comes up and it ses error loading operating system i dont know verym uch about computer so im not sure what to do could any one help me please

i dont have any disks becuase a while ago i had a problem with my motherborad so i took it to the store to get fixed and he just gave me a new tower no disks or any thing

An OS cd is what you use to install OS's, it has a windows or linux written on the CD

I cant think of any ways you can reapair that problem without an OS cd.

Yes but if you want windows you will have to buy it .

Although you can just get a friend to download Linux for you and burn it to disk.

Then you can install Linux which is free by the way

I recomend Ubuntu Linux if your new to Linux.

You can just download it right now...Its free.

Just download the Iso and burn it as a Bootable cd.

Then when done just boot your computer with the Linux cd in the drive and follow setup.
