Problem with Windows

Just a couple days ago I booted up my computer and got this message

Im running Windows 10 tech preview

Computer seems to work fine though, should I be concerned?

It's some program trying to run on startup that can't be found. Look for the entry in task manager startup and disable it.

Disabled it, but not sure what it is

Thats odd, nothing Logitech in my system, I used one of their wireless mice for a while though, could that be it?
