HI,
I am using wireless mouse and keyboard. The wireless keyboard is working fine but I have problem with the wireless mouse. The mouse does not work and it only activates/ moves whenever I pressed the tranponder button. The transponder will blinks for a few seconds and that is the only few seconds that the mouse will be activated. Thereafter, it does not move again, i.e. I have to keep pressing the transponder button to activate the mouse (and the mouse is activated for a few seconds only).
I have brought it back to the vendor service centre and have been replaced with a brand new set but the problem still persists.
May I know how do I rectify this problem?
