its a fast constant beep by the way

Now i realized that it beeps for about 20 or 30 seconds and it appears to reboot itslelf and starts beeping again.

what cpu is it? what motherboard is it? what case?
what cooler are you using? when you turn it on, do all the fans start spinning?

what have you tried?

I have an AMD X2 5200, GIGABYTE S-series GA-MA69G-S3h, Rosewill R6A34-BK case, all thats cooling it is a 120mm fan. and all the fans including the cpu fan spin when i turn it on.

So I just build my computer and whenever I turn it on it makes a loud beeping noise and it wont stop. Anyone have any idea what it might be?

What are your PSU specs? Look up your CMOS's beep code.

It says power failure. And my friend brought over some voltage tester and there was power coming from all of the cords

Take out one stick of RAM and see what happens.

I actually took out the ram, video card, hard drive, dvd drive. and it still beeped
