Before I installed Win7 SP1, I had this problem more often. Now it's happens like 2 or 3 times in few months, but that not necessarily means the problem is in OS. Actually my PC freezes and than pixels on desktop gone crazy. After that i can only restart PC and after everything goes normally. And here are some pics which I take during the problem.

Configuration:
Intel i7-920 2.66Ghz
Gigabyte EX58 UD4P
Kingston 3x1GB DDR3
Gainward GTX260 GS
WD 1TB
Coolermaster HAF932
Thermaltake 750W

Pixellation and similar artifacts in your video is usually a video card problem.

Check to make sure the fan on your graphics card is running and while you are at it, dust out the whole case and make sure all the other fans are working as well.

Please post full system specs using PC wizard in my sig. This can also be caused by a failing or insufficient PSU. Please download PC wizard and run it. Go to file save as and click ok, then copy the text out of that file into this thread. Also post your exact model PSU.

Are you overclocking anything?

In all likelyhood, if its not the psu, heat or oc, you have failing v-ram and therefore will need a new graphics card.

PSU is Thermaltake Toughpower 750W 14cm fan. On the box says it was official power supply for WCG 2007 if that helps

I didn't overclocked anything.

I'm sorry to hear that, but luckily warranty is not expired yet. So I will contact the store where I bought PC. Thank for help.

I have sent my graphics card to store where I bought it about 20 days ago, and they said it can't be fixed, so they have sent me Gainward GTX470. :)
