Hi, I have problem with I think it is fan.
First I had problem with everythink lagging in PC(Need couple of minutes to open documents).
After that I reinstalled windows and it was fine... but I had problem with my fan(don't know how long)
When I turn PC ussualy he doesn't spin, and after i hit in top of him he starts spining.
So this is problem: Everything is working fine when fan is not spining, but after I hit above him it automaticly start lagging... I take off keybord to see fan, and when he spining and PC lagging, I put screwdriver to prevent spining and everything is works fine... when I take off screwdrivere everything is start lagging.

I write a lot(I am sorry) hope you guys will understand.

Are you talking about the cpu fan? It needs to spin to keep cpu cool. If its not cpu fan, what exact fan are you talking about?

Cause your shit is overheating and about to die if you dont get it cooled properly.. this isn't hard..

go to store, buy new cooler, remove old, clean old shit off cpu, apply new shit, reinstall new fan/cooler.. done
 
Fans on laptops go out easily. Change the fan and see what happens. I can't understand how it can work properly with the fan not spinning.
