problems about kmplayer

I downloaded a mp4 file. It has two audio channels, one is english and the other is hindi. Every time I play the video, it speaks only hindi. After I press "ctrl"+"x", which suppose can switch the audio channel, it has no sound. What is my problem?
p.s. my audio #2 is english and it's format is advanced audio codec
audio #3 is hindi and it's format is audio coding 3

Km player is not that great, try using either of these free programs.
