Problems from Switch from McAfee to AVG 8.0 Free

My subscription to McAfee ends on october 27th, so rather than paying for their service I took the advice of those here, downloaded AVG 8.0 free, comodo firewall, and the newest version of spy bot. I removed McAfee and all of its tools then installed these, another thing is I still see it in my hijack this log that mcafee is still there, so if you could also tell me how to completely remove it, that would be great. Now that my computer is back up and fully protected, I then continiously got a window in the form of windows installer telling me Please Wait as Windows Configures Roxio CD Creator Suite 8.0 was missing and for me to browse for the right folder. This is non-existant and was never a problem before, so I hit cancel. It will constantly pop back up and I cancel again, so I deleted Creator Suite 8.0. Thinking I was in the clear, next I got a pop up telling me Please Wait as Windows Configures "Scan". I have noticed I get this box every time I surf to a different web page. Obviously there is something wrong and I was hoping you guys could help. Im on a Dell Inspirion 6000 XP Service Pack 3. Here are my malware and Hijack This Logs:

thanks for the help, but it doesnt seem to have fixed the problem. Still when I surf the net I get the window pop up saying Windows is trying to configure Scan. Here is an updated HijackThis log

I just uninstalled my HP software and am no longer getting that message. I have been roaming around forums and from the looks of it, my problems were unrelated to the switch in virus protection. I did a disk defragmenter and a disk cleanup and apperently often this process will delete vital files to run the program and the only way to deal with it is to unintall then reinstall. Hopefully things stay clean, but thanks for the help
 
Glad your problem has been fixed. I should have explained a little more last time - this problem is caused by the HP software, but disabling the startup entry is usually sufficient to prevent the error. I'm glad you found the solution.

Your logfile does appear to be clean.
 
make sure that everything is completely uninstalled. If you have two Anti-Viruses running, its not to safe. :(
