problems with AOL

Are there any problems with AOL at this particular moment ?
i've been sending mail to a friend using my local domain which is "***.gov.**"
(sorry i cant give out my full domain here) anyways that person does not receive it) but if i send via gmail or any other webmail he receives.
is there something from aol blocking this particular domain ?

at least i shud get a return mail saying my mail wasn't deliver but i dont even get that meaning problem is not on my side

any ideas ?

I always have problems sending mail to people with aol....usually they have to send fist then it usually works if you reply to that.

come on webbenji you know better than that.i Sent another mail using my gmail to ask him aif he received the one from my local domain and no he didn't, not even in spam
