i have recenrly joined up to pipex broadband, this was fine on the first computer but i have since got a new computer and when i try to connect to the internet it comes up with connection failed at the side. 
When I disconnect the modem and then connect it again it says connection failed about 3 times then connects but the problem then is, when i have eventually managed to get onto the internet the USB light on the modem starts flashing red and it stops working after about 5 minutes. 
I have no idea what could be wrong with it and was hoping someone would be able to help.
