Problems with Flight Simulator X

I love Flight Simulator X when it runs correctly. It seems that around every month or so the program will crash. Sometimes when I try to start Flight Simulator X it will just hang and become unresponsive. When this happens the only fix I can find is to delete and reload the application. It does the same thing even with the service pack 2 patch for the program.

Anyone else have this issue with Flight Simulator X?

(By the way, I am using Windows Vista Basic 32-bit.)
 
I have a friend who complain(ed) of the same issue. He said that he installed "an update"
to FS/X, I have no idea what "update" he was talking bout, but at least u two are in the same boat :P
