problems with grub

now i have never even heard of grub before this day, but i got this computer and im trying to see whats sup with it sincei just started my upgrade computer thing trying to build me my first computer. Now I see red hat and windows 2000 professional stickers... when the computer loads it comes to this screen any help would be great thanks.

its obvious theres an order of commands i have to type but i know nothing about this or what to do thanks .
 
please explain ... i know nothing about grub except what i've read so far ... anyway i can find out what commands to type in or is there a way i can like turn this off and boot straight to windows or find out some other way what exactly can be done ?
 
Grub is a bootloader for linux, which should give you a list of operting systems to boot, did this computer come with any instructions or discs. It seems like you either have to type in the OS you want, or if yopu just want windows 2000 on it then it would probably just be easier to reinstall it if you have the disc.
