Problems with Internet (Re-directing)

Hey,

I've been experiencing a few problems with my laptop recently. It started off with me not being able to open my Local Disk C: with double-click (a message along the lines of 'RECYCLER/34b' etc, it was that word with a series of numbers), anyway, I was able to fix that problem after doing a search online. My problem now is that, everytime a try and search something on Google and find the site i want, it always redirects to another, not very well known search engine, (info-feed.com) and a couple others. Also, there is a constant message/advertisment on each page that's displayed urging me to buy Viagra etc. Another problem is that i can't upload anything to the internet, e.g, 'An unknown error occured' when trying to upload a video onto youtube, and i cant upload pics onto eBay listings, and to be honest it's a bit of the pain in the a$$ now. I'm guessing it's some sort of virus/spyware but I just know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

This might be the conflicker virus, one of my locations under management got it. I solved it without reinstalling, but it was a little complicated. easiest way is to just reinstall the OS.
