Problems with Ms Outlook Express

Hi, recently when I open my Ms Outlook Express, the Outlook Express Page will appear but never complete its operations, i.e. the hourglass will remain for a long time and never ending.

Can anyone help, please. its Urgent as I could not use it for mailing purposes now. Thanks.

Check your email account settings,, or call Your ISP,, they may have changed the SMTP server and you may need to change your e-mail profile information...
make sure your username and password is also correct...good luck

Make sure that you have the My server requires athentication button checked then check the same settings as incoming server
