My big problem is that I can't create any font colors but the 16 in the list. All my friends can do it but I can't. They told me where to click after I couldn't find where to edit the color. They said that there is a button under the list of the 16 colors, but there is no button.
And what's more, there are strings whitch can change the text format (e.g. [/c:1] etc.), and I cannot see any change of the text format, only the string.
I used ZoneAlarm firewall, and I uninstalled it, reinstalled the MSN Messenger, and there was no change.
I wanted to get smilies. So I pressed F1 and there was the online help. I read there that I only have to go to the menu point of the smilies (I don't know the english name of this menu point), and there is a button I have to clikc on and there will aoppear the page of the smilies. But there is no such button!
Please help me because I really hate that I cannot use all the features of the program.
