-Unplug your computer from the power...
-click the power button on your computer to remove ALL the power from the power supply
-reset your BIOS by removing the small lithium battery of 3 volts.The battery is called CMOS and it looks like this:
-after removing the CMOS battery,leave your computer like that for about 20 minutes
-after 20 minutes return the CMOS battery where it was before,plug your computer in the power,turn on the computer,go into the BIOS and load the BIOS OPTIMAL DEFAULTS by using the options like "Load Setup Defaults" or however it is written in your BIOS and SAVE THE CHANGES by using the option "Exit Saving Changes" or however it is written in your BIOS...
