Can you Give your complete system stats.(cpu, motherboard, ram)

Also what setting are you playing the games at when you get those FPS.

If you read the link I provided, I believe I gave pictures of my current video rendering settings in-game in the second page and my specifications for my computer on the first page all the way down. Hope that helps you help me. :D Thanks

Do you have Hardware AA/AF on max by any chance?
Not the ingame option but the one you set in windows.

Could you also hit Dtrl+Alt+Delete and take a sceenshot of the "prosesses" and "perfomance" windows in Task maneger.
If you do not know where to host them use www.imageshack.us

I will post a screenshot of my processes and performance but at what time? During Unreal Tournament? Name a time on my computer and I will take a SS.

You want to make sure these are selected (box checked) in both Open GL and in Direct 3D

Ok. You wouldn't believe how much of a bitch Image Shack was being, I couldn't get a picture up on their site for the life of me.

Also, why the hell do I have 5 "svchost.exe's"?

Performace:

That looks very healty to say the least.
I believe svchost.exe's are network exe's.

I am thinking of two things right now:
a) You do not actually have a ATI X700PRO (you should easaly prove this one wrong)
b) Your prosesor overheats and drasticly downclocks slowing down overall perfomance.

Have you done a temperature check after playing for a good 15-20+ minutes?

Here are some more pictures. I lowered the AA and AF stuff down to the lowest possible. And I only get 50 FPS in Unreal now. Which is still friggin stupid.

Not sure if this is good or not. I was fiddling around with my video settings and I found out this:

I don't think that's a good thing, but I know I have drivers because I have the ATI tabs at the top of my video settings.

Also, this:

Plug and Play? I thought it was supposed to be driver operated?

And how do you take temature readings? With what and where to put it?

tuen it off by clicking the check box on both of those and expect a very nice FPS jump.

Select aplication preference on both (it disables them unless you activate them in game)

The Plug in play is just your monitor, I wouldn't put any concern in that for now.

You can check temperature reading in your BIOS, restart your pc and tap the "Delete" key (just tap it over and over until you get in) go into something called PC health status.

Do not change anything in there if you do not know what you are doing.

I would think that is a heat problem, but that is just me.

Reducing AA and AF helped his FPS, removing should also add a FPS gain, but heat could be a second problem.
