Problems with TV Tuner

I am trying to get my 360 connected to both my TV and my computer. The problem is that it works fine on my TV, but I have a splitter connected to my computer and when it's plugged into my computer it shows up as a white and black image, with distorted video.

I have tried running a straight connection from my RF Modulator to the computer, still no luck. I made sure that the settings are set to NTSC, and tried both the ATI Media Center and Windows Media Center, both with no luck. I don't have cable here, so I can't test to see if the problem is just the card or the way that the 360 interacts with the card. The card I am using is the ATI All In Wonder HD 512 MB, and Windows 7. It is a new modulator, and it ran fine to the TV from the modulator to the TV and it's not the coaxial cable, I tried 3 different cables and all the same thing, (2 of those cables being new.)

Any suggestions? Thanks. :)

Just checked Newegg - and it's a digital card. If you're running a coaxial cable from a cable box - it's an Analog output - even if the cable service is digital.

Maybe that's your problem - running an analog signal to a digital ( HD ) tuner?

I'm not familiar with U-verse 360 though - so I can't say for sure how it works.

Edit : Just reading some reviews on Newegg - and it looks like it's a Hybrid tuner - so my idea might not hold much water
