problems with windows installation and formating the drives

so guys how do i make the computer boot from the c drives windows intead so i can atleast format d

ok i booted from the disk, but when it askes me to press any key to boot from the disk, it doesnt respond, so it just continues to boot windows normally.
do you think maybe that the bios doesnt like configure the keyboard when its supposed to... idk
