Processor Difference

Hi,

I am looking at 2 laptops,

one has:
2nd generation Intel® Core™ i3-2350M Processor (1333MHz, 3MB Cache), the other:
Intel® Pentium® processor B950 (2.10GHz, 2MB cache)

All other aspects are the same and prices are similar just the processor.

Here are the links:

Any help which one is better and if these are a good choice?
I use this laptop for some gaming but mainly entertainment as my current laptop wont play HD stuff.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, so as the rest is the same the i3 is the way forward? why would the i3 if better be £30 cheaper???

Also I copied the specs from the website I linked from....not sure why it doesnt match!

Well they are lying to you then. But yes the i3 is the way forward. The only reason you would want a celeron or pentium is if you need days of battery power and even then the i3 is going to be great.

as to why it is cheaper, I have no clue. It may be on sale.

Thanks again, think I will go the the i3 processor then.

Is this a good laptop as I plan on using it for a long time and hate flimsy things that break too soon! not sure if you will know the answer to this but seems like u might know what to avoid in these things, are the specs ok?

It's a good laptop for doing small things like internet or microsoft office.
But to play games or other things that require more from the cpu or the gpu, you'll have to spend a little more on a laptop...
