Processor Help (Looking to Buy)

Hey guys. Im looking to upgrade my dual core to a quad core so I can up my FPS. Im looking at a ''AMD Athlon Multi Core Processor AD760KWOHLBOX, 760K Richland 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W'' which I found on Amazon. Link will be below..

My question is, is it compatible with my GPU and my Mobo? I have a GeForce GTX 760 and my mobo is a FM2-A55M-E33.

Also, anyone who has been helping me out in the past with my GPU questions, I got the GTX 760 about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It is, simply put, amazing. SO that you all for your help on that.
 
Ok, cool.

Yeah, Im hoping it will bump my performance enough to run my games and a recording program in the background so I can get back to my YouTube videos.
You think it will handle that? I can run it now but I drop frames something fierce when I do it.
 
That's just going to happen. More cores will help, but also a faster Hard Drive would make a difference too.
