Processor. OEM or Retail?

Im gettin an AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego but there is the Retail or the OEM version. i would go with the OEM version without a shadow of a doubt because im getting a better heatsink and fan instead of the cheap stock ones. but one thing made me wonder.......... do you think the OEM version will have any silicon paste or do you think i willhave to buy it seperate?

PS where would i get it from if i needed it?

The paste runs about $5 and the Silver Artic is considered to be superior.

i live in the UK so pricing will be different but ive found some for 18p lol but then delivery charge whacks the price up to £8 something <--- how rediculous

and there isnt anything i want off of that site to even out the delivery charge. im buying all my other stuff off of ebueyer, overclockers, and lowestonweb.com and none of them sites have any lol

i mite have to go with the retail and get some paste and a spare heatsink and fan i guess

just found out by doing a bit of research the CPU cooler has pre applied paste on the bottom so tahts good, looks like im gonna have to go with the OEM

all cpu heatsink have it already on the bottom well all amd heatsinks do,
