J jman15 Member May 23, 2005 #1 what do i need to lookout for when upgrading my processor. i was thinking of upgrading to a P4 3.0ghz from my intel celeron 2.4 Will i need to upgrade my psu? Or what? my motherboard is compatible with p4 3.0 if i checked the website correctly.

J joshj New Member May 23, 2005 #2 Well, if it is the same socket, you shouldn't have a problem upgrading. The PSU is a little on the weak side, but I doubt that it will have a problem with that setup.
